Poppies don’t have a specific smell. The idea is more poetic. Sometimes brands communicate about poppy in the formula. Generally it’s floral with soft and powdery notes. The best example is Flower by Kenzo, a famous feminine scent with a huge success.

Flirtatious and fun. It is a joy to wear this perfume. This is a sweet perfume so those who are wallflowers need not apply. I wore nothing else until I finish a bottle of Poppy. Then I switch up my perfumes. That is how much I like it. I love the vanilla, the creme brulee and wonderful freesia. Very flirty.

This is way to sweet for me. I don't mind gourmand fragrances but this one seems not to be able to give something else than a dose of pure sugar. A deception. I would never pay for it. I must add that my mother-in-law won it and decided to give it to somebody else... And that person gave it also to her sister!
